As a diversification and expansion venture, and to tap the ever-growing restaurant and hospitality market Nizam's Kathi Kabab, a restaurant serving the Indian cuisines, was established in the year 1985. The flagship unit was located in about 500 Sq.Ft. of space in the prestigious downtown Plaza cinema. The years saw Nizam's gaining popularity with the local population as well as the tourists and the diplomatic community. Nizam's principles of quality, quantity, consistency, service and hospitality proved to be an emend value in it's expansion in the years to come.
